Woman – An Inquisitive Soul
She has always been taught to accept, to smile, to be silent – not to ask anything. She never spoke her mind out because she is a “woman” after all! And here she rises beyond this patriarchal dictum. She lets her mind flow free. She pursues her passion, breaks the gender norms, and becomes a trendsetter. Her inquisitive soul finds a new meaning of “human being” – beyond the man and woman binary. She a pathbreaker and an inspirer of everything daring.
Courage Wins Over them All
She has been brought up in a small village near the shore with full of dreams to sail one day. She always wanted to sail off where the horizons meet. The fear of uncertainty and unknown always resisted her to live her dream. But how long? She is a born-child of mother nature. Adventure is in her blood. One day, she was unmindfully crafting a paper boat. Her earnest passion to break the shackles has brought her playfulness into existence. She is no longer someone’s daughter, someone’s beloved, or someone’s friend. She is her own self –her desires become her priority now. She finds a new spirit, a new courage to head to the realm of the unknown. She is a brave explorer of everything unforeseen!
She is the perfect host
She stands there waiting demurely for her guests, a tiny mysterious smile flitting across her face, smoking tray of beverage in her dainty hands, in her glorious pink and orange miniskirt. She is the spirit of flight itself, the hostess of the skies. The fliers peer uncertainly at her quiet welcome, the sky-blue lockers of the craft behind her holding many secrets. The wings on her bright crimson fez speak of the confidence of many experiences across the skies, and in the deep darkness of interstellar space.
Much has she heard of coyness being the emblem of female beauty. Much has she suppressed her inner spirit and embraced her femininity. Much has she turned away from her real desires and let the society dictate her moves. It’s time to break those normative constructs. It’s time to find the raw vigour lurking inside. She wants to impart that boldness to her daughter which she has always been deprived of. She is a mother – not a traditional one, but a bold one. And she refuses to conform to the normative discourse of the patriarchal society.
